RMA and Product Warranty/Repair

RMA and Product Warranty and Repair Spectronix supports the repair and diagnostics of its products with its RMA product return and repair service. You may call or email us with your service needs. Once you obtain a service RMA number from our service department, the product may be returned to us for repair.

 

On­Site Training

Spectronix provides on­site installation support and on­site training of our products.  We believe the customer is best served when they feel confident in operating and managing the product themselves.  This provides the customer with more confidence, little or no down time, and lower cost of ownership.
